We will provide your name, gender, age, address, telephone number or email address, passport number, credit card number via electronic means to relevant transportation and accommodation facilities, insurance companies or arrangement agents, within the scope necessary for making arrangements for the tour services for the tour you have applied for, as well as for you to receive such services, or within the scope necessary for fulfilling our responsibilities under the tour contract and for insurance procedures to secure expenses in the event of an accident, etc.

For your convenience when shopping at your travel destination, we will provide personal data pertaining to your name, passport number and flight number, etc., to duty free shops and souvenir shops ahead of time via electronic means.

In addition to the cases listed above, we will not share your personal information with any third party, except in the following cases.

• b) When it is required by laws and regulations.
• c) When it is necessary for the protection of people's lives, bodies, property and obtaining your consent is difficult

• d) Fee for requesting disclosure, and payment collection method
  A handling fee of 300 yen and postage costs (actual cost) will be charged only when we respond regarding the disclosure of personal information. Please enclose a money order or the equivalent in stamps with the application form. We will contact you if the fee is insufficient; however, but please understand that we cannot accept your request for disclosure if you do not pay it in full.
• e) Responses to requests for disclosure, etc.
  We will send a written response to the address indicated in your application documents.
• f) Handling of personal information obtained through request for disclosure, etc.
  We will use personal information obtained in relation to your request for disclosure only for the purpose of responding to your request for disclosure.
