・Moved to Yufu City, Oita Prefecture as a child, where she spent her student days
・Participated in the Inter-High School Soft Tennis Tournament in high school
・Met with an accident at her workplace, which resulted in the amputation of her right leg below the knee, in 2006.
・Started track and field in 2007
・In 2008, she moved to the U.S. for about four years to train under Al Joyner, gold medalist in the triple jump at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
・Hankyu Travel International started supporting Ms. Nakanishi in 2014
・She was made a Hankyu Travel International affiliated athlete in 2020 She received the "Award for distinguished service to sport" from the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology * Hankyu Travel International also received the "Group award distinguished service to sport"
